What to Know Before Your Visit
To help us provide a smooth, seamless experience for every client, please review our booking policies below.
Appointment Prep
To help us deliver the best possible experience and results, we kindly ask that you arrive on time and prepared for your appointment.
Because many of our services are time-sensitive and carefully scheduled, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment while still ending at the originally scheduled time.
For lash appointments, please arrive with completely clean lashes and eye area, free from:
• Eye makeup
• Mascara residue
• Strip lash adhesive
• Oily eye creams or skincare near the eyes
For brow and permanent makeup appointments, please arrive with clean brows and skin, free from:
• Brow makeup or pencil
• Brow gels or styling products
• Heavy skincare or sunscreen in the brow area
Studio Arrival & Check-In
Because Lash Layer & Brow Boutique is a private boutique studio experience, we kindly ask clients to review the following before arriving:
• If you arrive early, please relax in your vehicle and text our team at 647-365-1700 when you’ve arrived
• As we carefully manage each appointment experience, please do not ring the doorbell unless instructed
• Once your artist is ready, we’ll invite you to the front door and welcome you in
• To preserve our calm boutique environment and limited studio space, appointments are reserved for booked clients only (no additional guests, children, or pets)
• If you are feeling unwell with symptoms such as a cough, cold, fever, or flu, please contact our team to reschedule your appointment
Deposit Policy
A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposit amounts:
- $50 + HST for eyelash extension appointments
- $150 + HST for permanent makeup appointments
Your deposit is applied toward your final service total.
If a required deposit is not received within the requested timeframe, your appointment may be released to other clients.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48+ hours notice may transfer the deposit toward a future booking.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in deposit forfeiture.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, this policy helps us protect availability for all clients.
Appointment Confirmation
Bookings are considered confirmed once any required deposit has been received.
If a required deposit is not completed within the requested timeframe, the appointment may be released back into availability for other clients.
