Albina is the founder, owner and lead technician at Lash Layer. A self-professed “lash junkie” Albina began her fifteen-year long career in the film and television industry while also earning an Honours degree at the University of Toronto. During her time on-set, she learned many tricks of the beauty trade from industry makeup artists. Her growing interest in this field transitioned to opening Lash Layer in 2018, a place dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty of her clients via eyelash extensions and microblading. After extensive training to become a Misencil Star Artist in eyelash extension application and a Phi Academy Eyebrow artist, Albina has quickly garnered many loyal clients in the Durham region. Her passionate dedication to knowledge in the dynamic, ever-changing eyelash extension industry ensures that she stays informed with the latest techniques and technologies in lashing and microblading. Every product at Lash Layer has been hand-chosen, tried and tested by Albina herself:
